Douglas Wayne Rae of Mount Ida AR went to be with the Lord on May 19, 2019 after a battle with cancer. He loved the Lord and his family. He will be remembered as always wanting to keep the grass mowed and his love for family. He was born March 8, 1944 in Leon County, TX.
He is survived by daughters, Sherry and Glenn Archey of Huntsville, TX and Stacey and Randy Callas of England, AR grandchildren, Tiffany and Wesley Harris of Tucker, AR, Justin Callas currently serving in Korea, Misty Callas and Josh Mathis of England, AR, Shandy, Ortega, Kevin Ortega and Josh Ortega all of Huntsville, TX, and Lance Ortega of Little Rock, AR, special niece Debra and Johnny Frost of Leesville, TX, 14 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in life by parents Arthur and Claudia Choate, wife Mary Rae, sister Florabelle Robinson, and brother James Rae and Delma Lee Wycuff.
